Enhanced Fan Club Activity to Improve League Matches

Baharvand: More Active Fan Clubs Will Lead to Better League Matches

League Organization Emphasizes Importance of Active Fan Clubs for Smoother Matches

Bahavand: More Active Fan Clubs Will Lead to Better League Matches

Consultative meeting began at the National Football Center, involving football federation officials, league organization members, police commanders, and representatives of fan clubs. Attendees included President Taj, Mehdi Mohammadnabi, Vice President; Heydar Baharvand, Head of the League Organization; and Mohammadreza Keshvari-Fard, Secretary of the League Organization.

Regarding this meeting, Baharvand stated: "This meeting aims to improve coordination to ensure that the upcoming season's matches are held more peacefully and satisfactorily, and to ensure that the regulations and requirements of the Asian Football Confederation and FIFA are more closely followed and implemented. Additionally, it seeks to prevent some of the unfortunate incidents that occurred in the past."

Head of League Organization emphasized: "The term 'cultural' precedes 'sporting' in our clubs, highlighting the importance of culture and values for us. The fan clubs of the clubs need to be more active than before and better coordinated with other elements of the match organization, as well as with law enforcement and security forces, to prevent many tensions. Fan clubs should play a more active role in maintaining order in the stadiums, as is done in all international competitions where fan clubs are highly active and effective. We aim for increased activity from fan clubs. If these clubs operate at 60% of their capacity, many problems in organizing matches will be avoided, and more order and security will be established in the stadiums."

Bahavand reiterated: "In the upcoming season, we want every spectator to sit in their designated seat. Achieving this desirable condition requires the cooperation of fan clubs with the police and law enforcement to ensure that the matches are held with complete peace."
